Очень понравилось. Хотелось бы больше разнообразия в упражнениях или их вариациях изо дня в день, чтобы не надоедало подольше, а каждый раз ждал, что там еще новенького будет сегодня. А так очень помогает, успокаивает, умиротворяет, учит дышать носом осознанно, добавляет гармонию в собственные мысли. Спасибо за такое приложение!
Становится легче
Очень понравилась программа. Помогает успокоится, разобраться в себе и обрести равновесие. Не хватает мне лично: 1. таймеров, где задание растянуто во времени и выполняется с закрытыми глазами. 2. Музыки для медитации. 3. Выбор эмоций и состояний слишком маленький, жаль, что нельзя написать свой вариант.
