Squarespace: Run your business

The app is great. But unfortunately I still can't sell via Squarespace. In Germany, it is a legal requirement that invoice numbers must be consecutive. Unfortunately, Squarespace creates randomly generated invoices. If you change this for the but of products and dates, I am very happy to sell with you and also on Squarespace Payments. Greetings to the USA 🙌

The 09.13.2025 update crashes on attempted launch.

Seit dem letzten großen Update, bei dem die Bearbeitungsfunktion etwas unter „Pages“ versteckt wurde, ist das Bearbeiten der Webseite über das Ipad unbrauchbar geworden. Mit Ach und Krach lassen sich die einzelnen Unterseiten meistens erst im fünften Versuch laden. Momentan schaffe ich es nicht mehr, Änderungen über das Ipad vorzunehmen. Egal ob Zugriff über die App oder Safari - hier wird man immer auf die App zum Bearbeiten verwiesen. Squarespace an sich super - aber es kann doch nicht sein, dass man nicht eine gescheite App für ein Ipad Pro M2 bereitstellt, die den vollwertigen Desktop Umfang zur Bearbeitung der Webseite erfüllt. Schade für die verpasste Chance!

The app keeps crashing whenever I try to make any changes to my website.. both on my phone and on my iPad. I have tried to reach customer support, but no luck. I will certainly have to go back to WordPress where at least I know it’s reliable.

Tried to edit different things on the Website, not one was possible

Momentan ist es unmöglich mit der App vom iPhone aus zu arbeiten.

It’s sad what has become of the blogging feature. Squarespace used to have a special app for that but for a while now it’s integrated in the main app. Poorly integrated, I must add. Creating blogposts is the most important use case on the Phone, but so many things don’t work. Tried to embed a video into a blog post but you don’t see the URL field nor can you blindly paste the URL as there is no paste button available. You can’t select media already stored in Squarespace, as in the desktop version. Only to name two issues…

„Es ist nicht möglich, Blöcke in Abschnitten des Kreativen Editors hinzuzufügen oder zu bearbeiten, einschließlich der Aktualisierung von Seitentext.“ Was bitte soll man den sonst mit der App machen?

It’s not possible to add anything on a blank site. Unusable.

Keep lagging and crashing when trying to edit content on iOS iPhone 13. Embarrassing really.
