I can’t edit the footer using the app -iOS 16.5
Fix it please. Thank you.
Totally useless
Completely unreliable APP, constantly logs me out for no reason while I’m writing a blog / news article. Editing text is a nightmare, as it is extremely slow and buggy. Customer service is occasionally helpful but the copy and paste trouble shooting tips are frustrating and unhelpful. For that cost I’m paying, I’m searching for a better APP with more personal service.
No store notifications
Not getting notifications since the latest version update, and can’t turn on store notifications
The new update has broken app.
The app has recently updated to look more like the desktop however it is now unusable. There were a few glitches in the past but I could mostly use my phone to easily add and edit event listings on our music venue website. Now thanks to the new app I can not add images, link buttons or anything else without the app asking immediately if I’d like to publish the post. I’m totally stuck. I also can not add an end time to events any longer. Please help. Being able to use this app to update the website on the go was one of the selling points.
Easy to use on mobile
SP app is so easy to use on the go . Adding new products is simple
Unstable
Folders in the page view can’t be minimised… so then what is the point?
Have to use for analytics view on mobile
Having to download an app just to look at basic analytics without even an option to continue on a web browser is ridiculous and unnecessary.
Great until this update
Went to open square space on my gen 2 IPad Pro this morning (it seems to have autoupdated overnight) and it’s just keeps crashing out. I tried a full reinstall and could log in but opening my site always causes it to crash. I’ve been a happy user of the squarespace app until now (not a perfect app but definitely usable), now I’ll have to go back to a laptop which will be a pain (there are somethings you just can’t do in the iPad web browser). Please reinstate the old version until you get this sorted.

Squarespace is a pleasure to use. Simple effective & easy to use. Best part you do not need to be a techie The support is super also!
