Приехал в гамбург на несколько дней, заплатил 5 евро и так и не смог арендовать велосипед ни в одной точке, пишет renting not possible please try another bike in a few minutes и так целый день в любой точке гамбурга

Vielleicht funktioniert das mit einem Deutschen Telefon aber an eine Ausländische Nummer werden wohl keine SMS versendet!? 😡

Never received a registration code. Tried to call the Helpdesk but there is no one to answer. Had to drop using the service

We used a lot of time to try to set up the account but couldn’t get the acces code. Try to get help from the call center but they couldn’t solve the problems. Bad for tourists!

Not working

The SMS never arrived. There is not an option to resend.

Anmeldung funktioniert nicht obwohl alles richtig eingegeben wurde, Passwortrücksetzung funktioniert auch nicht (es gibt nicht mal eine vernünftige Email-Validierung). Eine Rücksetzung über Telefon ist auch nicht möglich. Hat man sich verklickt (auf die AGBs zum Beispiel) kann man nicht zurück und muss alles von vorne machen. So eine qualitativ minderwertige App auf den Markt zu bringen ist peinlich.

Bis jetzt mehrmals an verschiedenen Tagen versucht Räder auszuleihen und immer ohne Erfog- manchmal reagierte der Server nicht, manchmal wurde zunächst eine Ausleihe angezeigt und dann nicht mehr
