Приехал в гамбург на несколько дней, заплатил 5 евро и так и не смог арендовать велосипед ни в одной точке, пишет renting not possible please try another bike in a few minutes и так целый день в любой точке гамбурга

I had just entered cc info (it acted like saving the payment info was an option, when it wasn’t - you HAVE to save the card info for future use in order to proceed). Then it said it was going to text the phone number linked to my cc for verification. Then a white screen came up and the entire app froze. Not giving these people my money.. using a different service

Can’t reset password from the app, and tried to rent multiple bikes in 5 or 6 locations but kept getting the same error message. UI feels like a poorly rendered web page as opposed to an app. Lots of room for improvement here.

I couldn’t register on the app or online. I had to call to finish my registration. Then once I got my account information the login failed and called 3 separate times for help and they couldn’t get it to work. They said “the website must be broken” and had no way to resolve my issue. Why even have an app or website if it’s not going to work?

This app is embarrassing for such a big company like DB. Horrible/confusing usability, slow and constantly reloading errors.

How can I register for your service when I only have addresses in the United States and the UK? I have searched the list on both the website and the app using the English versions and many countries are included including Kanada but not America, the United States or or the United Kingdom or Great Britain, Britain, England. Be nice to use your bikes but you include most of the world but the two countries I have an address in...

Far too often I open the app and get errors like “this feature not available right now” and it’s unusable. This isn’t what you want to see when you’re standing at the bike rack. How long are you supposed to wait around refreshing? Another common error “renting is not possible right now” with no explanation. It’s getting to the point where I’m not even trying to use the bikes anymore.

My account suddenly stopped working through the app. Support said it was an app problem. There haven't been updates to the app in a year... When rotating the screen, the screens sometimes get stuck. Bikes show up where sometimes there are none. Otherwise, I use this all the time to rent and return bikes all over Hamburg. Works for Berlin too.

Stürzt immer sofort ab auf iPhone 5 mit neuestem iOS. Bitte reparieren! Sonst bislang großartiger Service

Anmeldung funktioniert nicht obwohl alles richtig eingegeben wurde, Passwortrücksetzung funktioniert auch nicht (es gibt nicht mal eine vernünftige Email-Validierung). Eine Rücksetzung über Telefon ist auch nicht möglich. Hat man sich verklickt (auf die AGBs zum Beispiel) kann man nicht zurück und muss alles von vorne machen. So eine qualitativ minderwertige App auf den Markt zu bringen ist peinlich.
