This Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period, your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal. The cost of the renewal will match the initial subscription price.
Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase
Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.
You may turn off auto-renewing subscriptions by going to your user’s Account Settings after purchase. No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during your active subscription period.

Scam!
I sunscribed to their magazine and suddenly it was Impossible to download it. I sent a Mail to them and They said Apple was responsible and Apple said Stereophile was responsible. I’m not impressed.
Stereophile
I enjoy reading about hi-fi equipment ,and the magazine is wonderful . The app with newsstand is occasionally problematic with subscription went started or when it's up. I would like older issues. It shouldn't be this difficult . I recently ordered two years subscription (56.00) , the problem or issues I have the digital issues for several years . I pay 2.99 a month again for several years . I do like the digital issues a lot ,but I’m missing several issues from 2023 . I told the company and they told me ,I must have ordered from the publisher. Thank you ,keep up the good work with the equipment information. RD
Can’t access issues
I can’t access any of the issues anymore even though I have a subscription. Just stopped. Truely annoying. … and their support… what a joke thru some third party. This is not worth the hassle. This is the same problem another user mentioned one year ago and still not resolved. Cancelled the subscription even though it runs thru 2025… bye bye Stereophile and I won’t ever do a subscription thru Apple… just a bunch of finger pointing.
Terrible app
I cancelled my subscription a few years ago because the app continued to forget that I had subscribed. I stupidly signed up again and now the same problem is happening. It does not recognize me as being subscribed even though the subscription shows up in m “subscriptons List”. Ahhhhhh. I hate this app!
Not user friendly

What happened?
Can’t read current issue. I was charged for it, and have tried restoring my purchases several times. App wants me to buy issue at full price.
Good magazine, terrible app
I have been a subscriber to the digital edition of Stereophile for years. I love the magazine but this app is junk. Every 6 months or so it quits allowing me to download the latest issue which typically ends up with me having to send copies of my subscription receipts to prove I have a current subscription. Then I end up having to delete and reinstall the app which removes all of my older downloaded issues which then causes me to have to send in copies of older subscription receipts to prove I should have access to them. Well it’s happened again, my subscription just renewed in December 2022 and it’s not letting me download the February 2023 issue. Even the latest app update didn’t fix the issue. The magazine is good but not worth this frustration. At this point I am just canceling my subscription and saying goodbye to Stereophile.
Non existent customer support
I bought the magazine and digital subscription. Being unable to login with my email as directed, I reached out to customer support multiple times with no response. Wasted my time and my money… such a shame. This magazine picked the wrong app to represent their publication
Terrible
The app now says “It will work” if you cancel your subscription and then resubscribe… but it does not. How incompetent can they be?!
