When you are online for over six hours at London, South Kensington and you have not a single order at all, While three/fours drivers are collecting all orders with several phones. This actually concludes that app is not working properly and their algorithm is flawed. Or their operator staff are doing this manually to specific relatives and Stuart company needs further investigation for lacking to a fair share of jobs between couriers and making it exclusively to their friends couriers only. Originally a great company to work for, I have witnessed it deteriorate over the years from being real competitor, to another pointless app on your phone. Not alot of work, work that does exist pays poorly, support is just tragic, clumsy old school app. I could go on but I don’t see them existing many more years.

Every update makes it worse. Now I'm spammed several times daily saying there are deliveries available. £3.10 for 5 miles isn't good. No one accepts that and orders don't get delivered.
