We are on the road riding/driving and you are not even giving us enough time to accept orders? Who’s idea is this? Someone who never done a single delivery in his life.
Map Issue
In map there is no audio assistance, no speed limits, you can not switch to various platforms of maps
Please request to Stuart Team, fix this as soon as possible

Please enable the app to remove packages with some issue, without waiting 5 minutes, because sometimes one of the packages is already to be collect and we have to wait 5 minutes to ask the support plus waiting around 3 minutes to they answer our request, and the another food getting cold.
Sometimes we accept multiple orders by mistake, should be a option to choose and remove one of them.
Another thing, Let’s the customers know that we are on multiple packages that’s you forced us to do.
App needs some improvement!
After the last update the app has turned into something ridiculous. The notification appears on the screen once and disappears. When I hurriedly open the application because there is a problem with the notification, the order does not appear.
The notification only appears once and disappears. If I'm not fast enough I can't view the order.
If I keep the application open without putting it in the background, the incoming order still does not appear. I have to close and reopen the application.
Tesco sometimes tells me to cancel orders because the customer hasn't paid yet?!?!?! and if they are multiple orders, they are not canceled one by one. When you cancel one, the other is canceled automatically.
Also, why does the unpaid order pop up on my screen for me to pick up?
Before the update, the app would sometimes place consecutive orders from the same region, which was nice. After the update, the order almost does not appear on my screen or I cannot see it.
I use Zego “pay as you go” insurance. A link was sent via e-mail to renew my insurance documents, but this is pure torture. It is necessary to upload the documents and photos of the driver's license to the system and then fill in the driver's license number, names, Stuart ID, insurance company name, and insurance policy number etc. into the form again. Pressing the arrow on the calendar hundreds of times to enter the expiration date of the driver's license is something that really requires patience.
There must be an easier way to change the year in the calendar. Also, wouldn't it be more practical to do this via the app?

Fake GPS
Hi Stuart ! Feel really bad while writing this review . Alot of the riders are using fake gps and because of them other riders are suffering! Please try to find the fake gps rider and bann their id's

They made me go to the pick-up location and didn't pay me anything for it. It's not my fault if a package doesn't fit in the biggest bag available.

They should make their own food delivery system and make McDonald and KFC and other to join them
