I don’t know if it is dark mode or what. But the list of claims is black on black with pdf icons. Selecting a link shows the text in a dark gray. However I was able to open the EOB . Works on iPad is half true. It uses the legacy iPhone zoomed in mode in portrait orientation. It works, but isn’t a native iPad app.

All I want to do is see my ID card since I will not be given a physical one. I get an error every single time. Apparently this has been an issue for years and there’s been no effort to fix it. Cool. 🙄

Even does not recognize my credentials

Can log in just fine on the website but the app doesn’t work. Why advertise it so much when it’s so obviously broken? Every single review says it’s broken, so either stop pushing it on the website or fix it. Please

The app does not work. I’m using the same credentials that work for the website. I called customer service & she says she will put in a ticket but I won’t receive an email or anything back or know the outcome - I’ll just have to try after 5 business days????

Can log in on the website but the app says password info is wrong. Tried multiple times and know I didn’t mistype it. Obviously app doesn’t work properly.

I’ve been trying all day to add my ID card to Apple wallet. Every time, it says “unknown error, try again later”. It lets me view the card ok (got the same unknown error message earlier today) but is so small, it is hard to use. Also, almost 50% of the time, I get a credentials don’t match message then put in the same I’d and password and it works. Not sure the app is “ready for prime time”.

All I want from this app is to get my benefit card into my Apple Wallet. It won’t do that. I can’t even fax it. I can’t do anything. This app is completely useless.

Half of the dentists I called were not contracted with Sun Life and it was a waste of time.

The app is totally broken, I can’t even download my digital insurance card to my wallet. And of course they do not send out actual paper cards to their customers. I wish my company would have never switched to these guys.
