[+] Sunset Fast: naturally, most people already do this- fast from sundown through sunrise. Some religious customs use this fast.
[+] 18:6, 20:4, 1 day (24 hours), and 1.5 day (36 hours)
[+] Custom fasts of any duration (up to 168 hours).

Sunrise Fasting integrates with the Health app to sync your weight data.

Sunrise Fasting+ is an optional subscription. Sunrise Fasting+ grants you access to premium features like trends/insights, scheduling fasts, and fast presets. It also removes in-app advertisements. Your subscription will automatically renew if not canceled.
Sunrise Fasting is intended to be a tool to track intermittent fasting and is not a medical or healthcare service. The content within Sunrise Fasting is for informational purposes only. Needs some fixes
Just started using this app and it could use some basic fixes. i can’t delete a fast so of you entered something by mistake cannot change it. you can actually start a fast after you finish it and it deducts from total fasting time. If by mistake yoi have two fasts logged and one with “negative time” it deducts from you actual fast.

All I want to do is see my fast in hours NOT hours and days. I saved a preset for 42 hours but what does that mean & how do I use it? Not a very intuitive app to use. More research required on how to properly use the app

The app worked great until the latest update! Now it sucks! Can open on my phone but not my iPad. Please fix your update!
Excellent, Easy to use
I have tried other free Fasting apps and this is the best one for me. Ads are not annoying like the other apps. Several fasting times/types + custom fasting duration is available. Best features for me are the note for each fast, weight from apple health and weight goal.
