Hard to navigate

No good for me. My phone is a 6S and won’t take IOS 16, which this app requires. I thought built in redundancy was meant to be on the way out.

Lovely apartment, there were 10 of us , it was very warm and spacious, with two bathrooms, and an ensuite shower room, 4 bedrooms , sadly we did not realise that the fifth room was the lounge area. It could benefit from a curtain that you pull across in the evening. Probably would only have eight people next time. The kitchen is functional with a dishwasher and some large pans, the oven is a combination oven with microwave and grill and convection oven, but smaller than a normal size but larger than a microwave .. The spa facilities are really good, a swimming pool, large Jacuzzi but was not hot just warm , sadly, some parents were bringing babies and toddlers into the jacuzzi, I was there is no one watching over the area .. At the beginning of the week we were able to ski out/in from the apartment with 20 meters walk .. sadly as the snow when it was a little bit more of a walk, but not much .. I would definitely book again ..

Lovely views from Chalets and good location although if using a car are likely to need snow tyres or chains to park near to your accommodation. Short walk down hill to chairlift, but could be tricky in ski boots as roads were snow covered(January). Snow permitting, possible for competent skiers to ski back to reasonably close to their accommodation. Chalets pretty well equipped, but no wine glasses in the one we stayed in. No hand rail on internal stairs down to chalet entrance which was potentially dangerous in ski boots. Timber flooring in chalet scratched and slightly lifted in places and looked tatty, but not an issue and accommodation clean, warm with plenty of hot water and great value. Ski pass could not be collected from automatic machines, but had to be collected from lift pass office. Bit of a queue at reception to check in, would have been quicker if everyone had completed the arrivals forms which were in the reception area but not obviously signposted.

Booked in November for New Year ski. Resort has no snow, which is fine but absolutely no communication from Sunweb on how to get to the lifts and runs that are skiable. Got skis with the help of google maps and asking lots of questions - no one on the ground to help. On the plus side, flight and transfer went without a. Hitch once I read the instructions. Peter

Have tried several times to log into your app, it wouldn’t let me log in !!! Not much use!

Had a great ski trip. Everything well organised and went so smoothly. Great company first time we used but will definitely be using Sunweb again

Works well to search for a holiday, but extremely slow loading up the “My Bookings” section for details of the holidays I’ve actually booked. Takes several minutes to load sometimes.

Can’t get into my sun web booking via the app. Keeps whirring round!!
