This app promises so much and delivers absolutely nothing. It is the biggest waste of space. It continually refuses to log you in saying unable to connect time and time again. Seriously; save yourself the stress and just don’t bother.

Pointless, better off using the website as can’t do much on the app and have to visit the website to request repeat prescriptions. Waste of phone space.

Please please please add a custom request option to the app! It’s on the website and perfect for what I need but wanted to use the app and there is no option to choose medications that aren’t already listed, the custom request option is perfect for this, please add it to the app!!!

How can I retrieve forgotten username?

When I book appointments I don’t know if the doctor will call me for consultation or if the appointment is face to face. When booking an appointment it should say what type of appointment I’m booking. Update asap!

This app must have been produced by someone on work experience with an organisation training people to sell rubbish to care providers. Nothing works, no records available, can’t book appointments, no fingerprint or Face ID etc. Completely pointless and why bother when the NHS app works perfectly - unless of course your GP chooses to try and use this to communicate with you irregardless of the fact it’s impossible to reply through it.

Total garbage.

Think I managed to use this twice before it refused to log me in again despite my log in emails being right, completely useless app

I tried to book an appointment to see a practice nurse and the only option I am given is my GP. so, I have to phone my surgery to book an appointment to see a nurse. How is that supposed to make life easier?

Poor UX and UI. Looks and feels very outdated. But how else will you order your medication
