TfL Oyster and contactless

The UI is just a nightmare.

The application is really inconvenient. Very often (2 times per month or even more often) it requires you to enter your password. Of course , I don’t remember it. Guys, it’s just an Oyster card app, even my bank app doesn’t require this. Actually I just dreaming to delete this app and never use it again. Really bad work

I see in 50% cases when I try to log in error Sorry, we are unable to process your request at the moment due to technical... So when I open app I have 50% chance to log in, I have never seen worse ux for a long time

Doesn’t let me in ‘due to...’ - can’t see the rest. Me oyster is good and is of right generation.

When I starting fill a registration form it doesn’t fill “title”. And I had to delete this application. Very bad work, guys (((

App is borderline useless, doesn’t show incomplete journeys, can’t add or remove cards, topping up oyster is tedious, the OTP window frequently resizes so you can’t even put in your email to validate. No idea how it has such high ratings, TFL probably paying for good reviews

But you can’t top up now. It gets as far as “Confirm it’s you” (even though I have already used Face ID and entered a CVV) to verify the payment… and then it gets stuck. Utterly pointless security (is it really necessary to pass checks three times, especially with face recognition in place) m ans that this app is now pointless. I now have to withdraw cash and go to the shop to top up my Oyster card.

Randomly logs you out, cannot login using Keychain password. Also why can’t I add it to wallet?!
