TfL Oyster and contactless

The UI is just a nightmare.

The application is really inconvenient. Very often (2 times per month or even more often) it requires you to enter your password. Of course , I don’t remember it. Guys, it’s just an Oyster card app, even my bank app doesn’t require this. Actually I just dreaming to delete this app and never use it again. Really bad work

I see in 50% cases when I try to log in error Sorry, we are unable to process your request at the moment due to technical... So when I open app I have 50% chance to log in, I have never seen worse ux for a long time

Doesn’t let me in ‘due to...’ - can’t see the rest. Me oyster is good and is of right generation.

When I starting fill a registration form it doesn’t fill “title”. And I had to delete this application. Very bad work, guys (((

Inserire la Oyster è davvero macchinoso. Tenere traccia dei propri spostamenti al fine di poter dire all’applicazione dove in tal ora è stata utilizzata la carta è davvero scomodo, soprattutto se non si ha dimestichezza con le stazioni e si sono già fatti diversi viaggi. Dovrebbe essere la stessa applicazione ad aiutare in questo.

What is the point of this app? It can’t be used to tap in/out/ add your Oyster card to your Apple or google wallet It can’t be used to report theft or loss of your Oyster card and request a new one 9 out of 10 times you can’t request a refund for an incomplete journey but you have to call the helpline It always flags low credit even if you have £10 Basically you can only use it to top up your card, which doesn’t even add the credit instantly, you still need to wait 30 mins, so you might as well top up on a physical machine

Why cannot update it on my telephone ? I am Italian.

After registration it’s impossible to add any contactless card (it seems that service is unavailable). Seen that I do not have the Oyster card I cannot use the app.
