Why the app is poor
Anytime I wan’t to connect to this app I struggle to get to the right password and ID. Why can’t I connect easily as on most of the ones I work with?

My tickets disapear for hours
I booked a ticket for the Ariana Grande show for the 10/15/19 but my tickets appears randomly and disapear... Also i can’t transfer my ticket, it shows me this message : the acess token provid is invalid. So i don’t know what is going on !

Password reset
Despite repeated attempts I don’t receive the email for password reset. Rubbish app.
How hard does it have to be to get tickets
The app is appalling we have been here 1hr trying to download the tickets
The case of the invisible tickets
Yet again, I visit both the AXS and O2 apps in a vain attempt to find the tickets I booked. No sign of them even though I have received several emails from O2 with information about the concert. Really, really poor app. More time wasted queuing up to collect my tickets. One star is generous.
