Can’t log in but I am already registered
I purchased tickets from Ticket master for the 02 ..I did what they said using the same email to register .. it wasn’t showing my tickets in the app.. it wouldn’t connect with the Ticketmaster account.. eventually used my laptop to reset the asx password and it linked .. cannot speak to a human when there is an issue .. automated bots that drive you crazy .. once in the ticket part of the app you cannot go backwards.. you have to close the app and start again.. both Ticketmaster and 02 venue app service was awful.. eventually I found a work around .. the API fro Ticketmaster doesn’t work as it should
The night before a gig and I’m having to login to AXS, reset that password, to then login to the venue app, to then somehow hope it knows to link to Ticketmaster?!? Madness. Do not offer other login options if they don’t work? Thank goodness for another review that explained how to login. Basically create an AXS account (even if you’ve purchased somewhere else) using the same email. Then login via the AXS button on the venue app. Then fingers crossed it finds the tickets. MADNESS.
Asks you to use multiple different credentials within the app to load tickets. Who designed this junk.
I bought my Tickets through Ticketmaster. 02 app constantly saying I input wrong password or email to access my tickets in the 02 venue app. It makes it 100% clear you need to use the original email you used to get your tickets. I did. It constantly said wrong/error. So I went into the Ticketmaster app using the exact same info and accessed my tickets to download to wallet.
I signed up, I logged in to the app, but I have to log in again with AXS? Who knows. I tried logging in, I tried signing up. Constantly says there’s been an error. Is there any support? No
This app is terrible if you have not used it to buy tickets. The advertised “seamless integration” does not work and the “link ticket accounts” tab throws a 404 error! Seriously, a 404 error is just lazy and there is no excuse for such shoddy service from a supposedly digital organisation.
Had the tickets from Ticketmaster in the o2 app - have now disappeared and unable to get them showing again. Will see how easy it is to sort at the venue - may decide never to go to the O2 again. I have already wasted hours trying to sort this.
Bought my tickets on Ticketmaster as I have done many times. But now instead of accessing them easily on there, O2 forces you to download and sign up to their app to access them. They can access your data and waste your time with zero gain on your end. Brilliant.
Quite easily the worst app, it doesn’t do the thing it is supposed to do ie display tickets that you have bought. Instead of doing this it sends you round in circles of error messages such as refresh token error and user session errors. Buy tickets from somewhere that doesn’t use this app
