Inaccurate times, confusing interface
I wish I hadn’t updated the old myMTA app :( The times on this app have often been inaccurate, such as showing a C arriving when there is none. And the interface is busy and much more confusing to use.
Worse Than Ever
Totally unreliable and not user friendly because it is so counterintuitive.
Do NOT Trust Schedules
The app should only be used for location of bus stops and subway stations. The schedules are never correct for either, so give yourself plenty of time.
Fix this garbage app
Had me waiting in the cold for the 4 train for 40 MINUTES(not underground) because your inaccurate app said that the train was arriving in “7 minutes”.
WORST APP KNOWN TO MAN
Wish I could give it no stars. Basically only provides me info 3/10 times. The other seven it’s just loading constantly. I’m not under ground. I have service. Every other app on my phone has an internet connection. EVEN THE MTA TRAIN TIME APP WORKS. But this one will load... and load... and load... and load... by the time it works I have no need for it anymore.

Way worse than the old app
Doesn’t load? Impossible to navigate? Useless most of the time
App is blank most times I open it
New issue that started with the latest update this week. It has been working perfectly most before then. Whenever I’m underground, I can’t load any train times. I can load a youtube video and music but not the train times. The location also doesn’t track when it does show times.
Misleading
The app tracks most train activity but not all. It’s very inconsistent
