TicketSwap - Buy, Sell Tickets

No support at all. Due to the app bug I've lost my ticket to Ed Sheeran. I wanted to send the ticket to my friend, used option to “sell privately” and set the minimum price with her email. But at the same moment someone bought my almost free ticket, despite of “private selling” option on!!!! Support do not answer at all.

I have to upload address card as pdf but they don’t accept it. But it’s already 1.5 years the address cards are digital in Hungary.

The app not working properly - not able to buy tickets!

I bought the ticket for the event on TicketSwap, but could go and have to resell it. They banned my account right after buying, so now I can’t neither buy nor sell anything — get “access denied” error. Support is not answering for weeks Seems like a scam ..

Bought a ticket, it was scanned, seller started arguing despite I showed I was forced to buy another one, which worked. Support simply quickly closed my ticket with comment I’m not interested in refund lol. So they tend to protect sellers not buyers who pay their commissions. So what is the difference compared to buying ticket directly on Facebook. Anyway if you really struggle to find a ticket it’s as valid as buying on Facebook

Great app and a mind of verification built in that it is safer to buy... black market tickets sometimes do not work :):) Thanks to the Dev team!

Verkopers mogen niet meer dan 20% op de ticketprijs zetten 'om het eerlijk te houden'. Van die totaalprijs houdt Ticketswap zowel bij de koper als de verkoper commissie in die bij elkaar opgeteld hoger is dan het maximale wat jij aan een ticket kan/mag verdienen. Hoezo 'om het eerlijk te houden'? En sinds jaar en dag is het niet mogelijk om kaartjes als set aan te bieden.

Works until someone scams you. Then you get into a very slow process where it is fully up to you to prove that your ticket didnt work. Their obligation to track how the ticket went through their systems is non existent. Super frustrating.

It doesn’t do what it’s supposed to do: help me find tickets. Once I instantly click on the notification about a new ticket available (I hold the phone unlocked in my hands) I’m already too late. It is after 30+ tries. Also why put the events that I’m tracking all the way to the Account settings? It needs to be on the home page or the first thing I see when I open the app, I don’t have to click around to find the most important functionality. The app is also slow to update the list of events I’m following: it’s sending me notifications about the events I unfollowed an hour ago. All in all a disappointment.
