I have to upload address card as pdf but they don’t accept it. But it’s already 1.5 years the address cards are digital in Hungary.

Not working
The app not working properly - not able to buy tickets!
Banned after buying
I bought the ticket for the event on TicketSwap, but could go and have to resell it. They banned my account right after buying, so now I can’t neither buy nor sell anything — get “access denied” error. Support is not answering for weeks Seems like a scam ..
Bad Service and app
Bought a ticket, it was scanned, seller started arguing despite I showed I was forced to buy another one, which worked. Support simply quickly closed my ticket with comment I’m not interested in refund lol. So they tend to protect sellers not buyers who pay their commissions. So what is the difference compared to buying ticket directly on Facebook. Anyway if you really struggle to find a ticket it’s as valid as buying on Facebook

They won’t pay you! They like a scam
Worst experience I've had. The fees are high and even if you sell your ticket they won't send you any money. Still waiting for payment (already 2 months)
I didn’t receive my payment
I still haven’t got my payment after selling a ticket since 6 of July. And there are no any opportunity to contact with them. Apps shows me information like I received this payment but I didn’t And you also mailed me that you have a problem with my address verification. But there is nothing fixed
Scammers!
I uploaded tickets, and then they did not approve my account. Probably sold tickets and kept money.
