TicketSwap - Buy, Sell Tickets

No support at all. Due to the app bug I've lost my ticket to Ed Sheeran. I wanted to send the ticket to my friend, used option to “sell privately” and set the minimum price with her email. But at the same moment someone bought my almost free ticket, despite of “private selling” option on!!!! Support do not answer at all.

I have to upload address card as pdf but they don’t accept it. But it’s already 1.5 years the address cards are digital in Hungary.

The app not working properly - not able to buy tickets!

I bought the ticket for the event on TicketSwap, but could go and have to resell it. They banned my account right after buying, so now I can’t neither buy nor sell anything — get “access denied” error. Support is not answering for weeks Seems like a scam ..

Bought a ticket, it was scanned, seller started arguing despite I showed I was forced to buy another one, which worked. Support simply quickly closed my ticket with comment I’m not interested in refund lol. So they tend to protect sellers not buyers who pay their commissions. So what is the difference compared to buying ticket directly on Facebook. Anyway if you really struggle to find a ticket it’s as valid as buying on Facebook

The event was sold out but I managed to get a ticket! The event was wonderful

Bought a ticket off here, arrived at the club to be told it’s already been used & asked to leave the queue. Completely ruined my night as I missed my friends 30th birthday. They won’t give ma refund because I didn’t get any ‘proof’ of the machine saying it has been used. ABSOLUTE JOKE of a business.

Instructions are not clear, even if you read everything there are some things missing. When you ask online help they would not read what you say and copy& paste the same info that is already available on the app and do not respond. Difficult to delete a listing. I think I ll have to delete my account after the event

I bought a ticket on here, it was transferred via Ticketmaster but when I accepted the ticket they never went into my account it said the person who transferred them was called ‘Lauren’ but the lady who sold them to me was called Alexandra paid £85 and I never received my ticket and ticket swap said there’s nothing they can do even though I tried everything they and Ticketmaster told me to try to receive the tickets. When I did contact the seller eventually she was rude and TicketSwap said she had done everything right but clearly haven’t because I haven’t received the ticket I wouldn’t even bother using them again absolute waste of time and money! Absolute thieves I swear they sell fake tickets on fake accounts to get money off people be she they know we can’t do or say anything to get the money back so it’s a dead end

Bad Very Help pages aren’t ever working immediate “ somethings gone wrong g” box They OWE ME my sold ticket (didnt pay) so id trust them as far as I could throw them and recommend them only tonsworn enemies ( giving them a ball ache headache and loss of ticket income!) If you can’t contact them - that’s a scam right?
