Even though it shows bicycling as an activity, it will record it as a hike. It will give the number of ‘steps’ during the bike ride which is meaningless.

My watch will not pair with my phone!

Won’t take charge, won’t sink with phone Dead watch!!! No one service in Green Bay Wis. Went to Diamond and Gold supposed rep but they don’t do anything.

UPDATE: So I figured out a work around on connecting my watch. So after purchasing the watch it had the factory firmware 2.0.6. The problem it was having, I assume, was it would try to update the watch before it finish syncing to my phone which would cause it error out and not pair properly. The way I got around this was using a coworkers android phone to sync to the watch. Which went flawlessly btw. As soon as it connected it updated the firmware in the watch. This happens twice so it updates to a newer firmware from factory then it updates to the newest one after that. After the firmware updated then I was able to unpair the watch from his android and pair it to my iPhone with no problems. Tissot did reach out to me after my original post saying they needed me to ship the watch to them for it to be fixed. I new it was a bug in the software and not the watch so I waited for todays update thinkin it would fix the issue but it didn’t. So if you’re having the same issue hope you have a friend with an android until they fix the iPhone app. I’ll update this post if I run into any other connection bug. I’ve wanted a t-touch since early 2000’s now and am not impressed with there attempts to make it a “smartwatch”. I’ve tried everything and when try to sync with mine or my gf’s iPhone the app says error unable to upload if you back out of the sync the app says it’s connected to the watch but the watch gets stuck saying configuring… the watch will stay that way for awhile then goes back to the setup screen asking if you want to pair or power off. I’ve tried doing the restore steps the app suggests when it fails to upload data but that doesn’t work either. I’ve reached out to there customer service and nothing so far… so maybe I’ll get something from a review.

Can’t get it to pair and the time the watch shows is hours off.

Spent multiple hours on this watch will not pair . Take the watch back tomorrow. Not worth the hassle

Não baixa os dados do relógio (cuja a bússola nunca funciona) adequadamente, não mostra os gráficos de passos de outros dias. Em fim, não recomendo, é roubada.
