Instead of finding a way to deliver without passing the checkpoints, Toters closed a global area. We’re all punished of getting the service because the management couldn’t solve the issue or think about it… that’s so frustrating. After my first review on the subject they called me and investigated the problem then called me back apologized and told me they opened the area. I made my first order and they cancelled it and closed the area again!!! That’s so disappointing …. Moreover the app doesn’t mention the problem or cancel the closed locations It says the STORE IS CLOSED !!! Aberrant!!!

Worst estimation vs actual delivery time of all services I had the misfortune to use. And they never apologize for 100%+ delays

I called to tell them about the plastic waste many times, they just told me they’re going to think about it and they never changed anything!! This is why I buy from another place now where they use paper bag. Plus they take so much time to deliver

Orders take ages to arrive, when the same order placed on Zomato arrives within 20-30 minutes. The customer service always blames it on the drivers. Drivers almost never wear gloves and masks, during Covid-19 times. There is no reason to use Toters when other apps propose the same service 10 times better and faster.

We waited for 2 and a half hours for the food to arrive. We tried calling many times and no answer.

I dowloaded the app, I put that I was resting on the sand at the beach I placed my order they showed up within minutes the food was hot the driver called when he got to the beach. It was epic! They are all on scooters super efficient they zoom in and out and park anywhere to get right to you. I told the delivery guy how awesome it was that he could come find me on the beach. He said : hey man you could be out on the water surfing and I would find you.

Bad experience!

I like toters it has all, fast and reliable. Many options and good service. However, my problem is technical in the app. No longer you can talk to customers service just robotic answers. Moreover they should add a feature of how much you would pay for the exchange . The worst thing is the app takes too long to open and i have to get it closed and try again. This is especially when the reception bas is missing just one line. The last thing is that there is no credit card payment option in dollars you can only pay credit card in LL. I love toters and i always use it, even if i have the store’s number i order through toters cz i feel if there was something wrong toters would resolve it with the store. I will still use toters and hope the app gets better updates.
