I did an order since February through Toters which is worth 500,000 LL. The order was two cakes from a Lebanese pastry shop. I received the cakes in a very bad condition, the cakes were as if they fell off the motorcycle/bike of the drive. One of the cakes which was a pie, was almost split to tiny pieces with the toppings all scattered in the box. I immediately sent the photos to Toters customer service and asked a refund, they assured me I will get it after they saw the photos. I waited for weeks, and received nothing. I followed up on the matter THREE times through the toters app, and each time I was assured that I will receive the refund on the same day. It’s been two months, and I did not receive anything back. For ruined birthdays, and bad customer service, use Toters! They will never fail you on that!

Bad experience!

I like toters it has all, fast and reliable. Many options and good service. However, my problem is technical in the app. No longer you can talk to customers service just robotic answers. Moreover they should add a feature of how much you would pay for the exchange . The worst thing is the app takes too long to open and i have to get it closed and try again. This is especially when the reception bas is missing just one line. The last thing is that there is no credit card payment option in dollars you can only pay credit card in LL. I love toters and i always use it, even if i have the store’s number i order through toters cz i feel if there was something wrong toters would resolve it with the store. I will still use toters and hope the app gets better updates.

اكو خلل صارلو اكثر من شهر مايفتح عندي التطبيق يطلع شاشة خضراء ويتوقف مايفتح الخطوة اللي وراها اللي هيَ ظهور المتاجر

تم استقطاع مبلغ من المحفظة ولكن بدون ما يتم دفعها للطلب، تواصلت ويا الدعم اكثر من مرة بس حتى يفهم الموضوع و لازم كل مرة تشرحلها بالتفصيل الممل و وراهه مكان ما يحل لك المشكلة بس يريد يحولك ويتخلص منك كانه دائرة حكومية بالضبط للاسف حالها حال اي خدمة عراقية بعد ماتبدء تنجح و يزيد عدد مستخدمين يبدأ البطر و التعامل السيء تم مسح التطبيق ولن اعود له
