اخطاء بالطلبات تتكرر الاعتذار مهذب ومرتب لكن ...متاخر ومراح يفيد بشي طلب موصل جزء منه وتضطر تطلب مرة ثانية وتدفع توصيل جديد حتى البرامج اللي بغير دول تشتغل صح تدخل العراق ماعرف شتصير مشكلتها !

Absolutely horrible and borderline fraudulent behavior. Ordered a few groceries from Toters Fresh, the shopper arrives and only has 2 out of the 5 items ordered. After discussing with the support team (both from my side and the shopper’s), we are told that the rest of the order will be delivered shortly (noting that I paid the full amount of the order in cash to the shopper). Almost an hour later, a shopper arrives with an incomplete order, still missing a bottle of Prosecco (pretty embarrassing when you have people over). It took me 5 conversations with different support teams and over 4 hours to finally be told that the item is unavailable. Pretty nice business model - sell items you don’t have, cash the price for such items and count on customers oversight to keep the amount. After a few more conversations with support, I was told that I would be refunded by way of credits (which was obviously out of the question as I never want to deal with Toters again) and following more resistance from my side, I am told that the amount will be delivered in cash - it took Toters a further 3 hours to make such delivery. In short, it will be much easier for you to go get your items yourself and avoid this massive waste of time.

Becareful with drivers Ahmad stated had no change I told him credit my Toters cash he said done he said the app has issues it’s credited but may not show till late… I ordered later and no credit was available he refused to go get me change and return causing this credit to be the only way to finalize transaction contacted support and Yasmin said needs to investigate and then hangs up on me refusing to consider the cctv I have to offer to report the theft and avoid another victim by this driver . Ahmad and Yasmin poor disgusting service by a customer who uses them every day for my visiting staff .

Most times when we want to order …. There is error :) All restaurants are closed Most times! Please fix it

I can’t begin to express how much I love ordering from toters, I notice the app striving to be better everyday. I’ve used Talabat, deliveroo, Noon and other apps in different countries but nothing satisfies me the way that toters does. Toters became an icon in Lebanon and I’m so proud of that! Keep up the good work

From the beginning of this year the service has been miserable, they charge you double (for the butler service) then they adjust it, then they change it again, making it almost easier to drive yourself! Better use other apps/ delivery provider

The items were great The delivery was fast and the delivery guy was polite and professional

A very unprofessional app and their customer service is the worst. All deliveries are late and always delayed. When complaining, the supervisor of the customer service doesn’t accept the comments and defending the company without getting the point of our complaints. This app needs to have a major change especially in the customer service sector.

راح يصيرلي تقريباً ١٢ مرة طالب .. اقل خطا كبل يتصلون بية برنامج يجبرك تطلب منهم من حيث الاسلوب الجميل والخدمات والاعتذار عن التقصير والتعويض .. فخور بوجود هيج برنامج بالعراق عكس باقي البرامج الي فقط تعتذر لا تصحح خطأها ولا تعوض الزبون المتضرر ولا تهتم بي للاسف .. ان شاء الله تبقون على هذا النظام وابقى زبونكم
