I’m using iPhone 13 Max Pro. Every single time when Toyota releases the update, I cannot login into my account. Every single time I need to go through “forgot password” and do it all over again. It is very annoying. Developers you can do better then that.

I’m very annoyed with how often this program can’t access the biometrics for me to log in. It specifically tells me it’s a problem with this app when it happens. It’s incredibly inconvenient

Still not be able to login ! Frustrating ! I need to make the dam payment!!

The app is great when it actually works. You would think a company as big as Toyota would fix something like this pretty quickly. They dont every month it gets worse. Im pretty sure its done intentionally so you would just give up and set up automatic payments 🙄

The App would not allow me to make a payment on the due date. What is the point of having a due date if the app requires you to pay before that date?

After entering the user ID password, I get a pop-up saying they have a problem with the app. It’s never been a good app now. I can’t even get in to pay my bill. On Toyota you can do better.

Can’t even sign in. Can’t change password. When I enter password it thinks I’m using my username. App runs poorly just like the website. Update your app!

Great App service

Luckily I pay my bill 1 month in advance. The biometrics Face ID login always goes down 2-3 days. No way to login without resetting password and should not need to reset password since I have Face ID enabled. It’s down on Toyota end. The app even says it. And how funny this happened after I updated the app where minor bugs were fixed. Apparently not fixed enough. I think I’ll just pay off the car early. That’s about 10k in finance Toyota is going to lose for not having a decent stable payment app.

I submitted a payment on July 1st. But it didn’t take the money out of my checking account yet. There has to be a quicker option. Let me pay with my dam debit card.
