Bad experience with the app
East Cost train number 18045 got diverted from Vijayawada but no updates on the app. We have no clue where we are and how much time we would take to reach our destination. Indian Railways always disappoints 😡

The app doesn’t work properly
Upon checking the live status, the app quits automatically without any prompt or error.
Worst App
I have never seen this kind of stupid app. I was tracking my train on this app, it was showing that train is 5 km far away from the station and the train passed through the station. And suddenly it shows the train has gone. And it always shows wrong platform. Cause of this I missed my long journey train.
Useless app, don’t use it
No customer support, after placing the order there will be no way to track it. And also if transaction fails god knows what to do as their customer care never works. You are on your own.
