Very good on line customer service. Website is very easy to follow and gives clear status of booking train tickets.

Unable to recover my loging id
I am very sorry to say that website is not very user friendly. You can't register from Abroad. Phone number it takes only from India +91 Email option is there but didn't work for me. When login first time it should be warned to remember this is for whole life. Of course developed for a developing country user in mind.
No available ticket
Past few weeks not able to access booking it says app under maintenance. Very disappointed. There is no way we can book.any ticket

Can’t pre order onboard food!
Almost all looks good & satisfactory but unable to order food onboard food. It doesn’t let me pay for as after submitting orders it doesn’t load the payment page. Please resolve. Thanks
