I am ready fed up with the service can’t able to login or either reset the password if you call help line they give you another number and when you called them they give you another
Great service
Arrival and departure time was perfect. Staff was friendly and cooperative. Lower sleeper cabin was bit noisy though. Couldn’t sleep properly.
Fully featured
This is a great, fully featured and easy to use app for all kinds of information on train travel in India. Very useful!
Worst App
I have never seen this kind of stupid app. I was tracking my train on this app, it was showing that train is 5 km far away from the station and the train passed through the station. And suddenly it shows the train has gone. And it always shows wrong platform. Cause of this I missed my long journey train.
Useless app, don’t use it
No customer support, after placing the order there will be no way to track it. And also if transaction fails god knows what to do as their customer care never works. You are on your own.
