This app seems to be way behind the curve compared to similar apps! Why does it require you to log in so frequently? Why can’t it save my railcard option for future bookings? Why does it frequently default to a collect ticket’ option and not give the e-ticket option?!? Surely a key reason for using the app? The saving in booking fees simply isn’t worth the annoyance compared to another commonly used booking app, which doesn’t suffer from the same inadequacies.

The app logs you out every time you need to use it/show a ticket. You could log in, buy your ticket and within 10 minutes its logged you back out again. Its a pain in the ar*se

Don’t fall for the lie of flexible tickets. Awful company, awful service, awful app.

App used to work quite well but after recent update it constantly logs me out. Such a pain I no longer use it. Trainline app now, perfect.

I am unable to stay logged in on the app for longer than an hour, sometimes having to log back in to view my tickets multiple times in one trip

This app is does not follow good security guidelines

I buy tickets here all the time, but sometimes there’s an error where they charge my card and I get no tickets this has happened several times over the last few months and I never got my money back for that. This is starting to add up, never using this app again, the support team are no help and I’m getting robbed.

This is the only train app that you can’t use to book advance tickets, pathetic, what is the point of only being able to book tickets on the day, EVERY other train app out there allows you to book advance tickets, and the station fill out section is stupid, it doesn’t recognise stations you enter till you type it then press the station name, should be far simpler to use

The log-in timeout on the latest version on the ap is really frustrating. I had to log back into my account 3 times over the same journey to check in on timings and tickets. Also, adding tickets to your Apple Wallet via the ap ver rarely works. Please fix!

When I view my tickets I’m asked to see go in, repeat performance 10 mins later
