This platform is terrible. It took all of my information including the credit card credential, and then told me I'm not eligible. When I close my account there is no way to delete that credit card.

New Users Don't rent from them
Made the reservation for two days renting from 20 to 21 on May 16 two days after. reservation got cancelled for no reason. And still checking my information.
