Supper cooperative support!

1. I didn’t receive my refund $3500 more then 1,5 month. And I have no information about reason. 2. I have invoice in my account for $2453. But Turo already charged it from my debit card.

App is bugging round the clock. They upcharging you twice a price doing nothing. They can’t even handle their app.

1) there was a claim from a host as if we damaged their car (a little stretch) 2) then for 2 weeks Turo support couldn’t see that it has been already there (even though it was so damn obvious) 3) then they admitted it and said it’s all fine 4) and then 1 month later I receive emails from debt collection firm. Guys, are you ok? This is the worst customer service ever!!!

Worst customer service ever seen! My rental car broke and it took me 5 hours on phone with customer service to change the car. Finally they charged me extra 100 usd for cleaning… for the broken car!!!!! Never ever again!

Очень нравится. Уже 4 машины арендовывал. Но основной минус- это страховка. Наличие страховки не освобождает от ответственности. Если воткнешь машину- надо платить. Ни в коем случае не берите мин. пакет!!! Там можно попасть на 3 штуки долларов. Кто-то уже отписался внизу по этому поводу. Беру среднюю, на 500. Она самый оптимальный вариант. Не сильно потеряешь по деньгам в случае чего ( с полтинником прощаться легче чем с 3 штуками) и стоит не так дорого. «Ни тебе ни мне» как говорится.

Worst experience ever with verification process. No clear explaination of which documents are required. Then support team asking to send your personal data including passport, bank card with CVC code, driving id via email as the attach button doesn’t work on the website. Support guys answer to me but can’t verify my account for 3 weeks already. I have spent like 5+ hours talking to different support explaining the same questions over and over again. It says on website and in app that phone number is verified, but support can’t see it on their side. Same problem with credit card Terrible user experience of verification process A lot of bugs

Awful service! The car brokes after 2 hour trip, and nobody cares about help: the owner redirect us to the turo, turo to the repair service, and so on. We spend all day waiting for help at the broken car
