Very helpful

The app is very helpful, especially in the UK!

Good way to rent a car in the US

I've used it in a number of states and had a really good time. Would use again.

Huge dissapointment!!!

The rented car failed to start again after we stoped in a gas station and we had to call for assistance and they couldn’t connect us with the road assistance company and made us call them. We lost 7hours and made 10-12 calls to Turo call center and to the road assistance company and got a 200€ phone bill for that, with no real result. When the night broke down, the owner gave us the permision to try something to the car and then be able to go back from where we started the day trip that we didn’t get to make anymore. Turo did’t even give us the money back for the lost day. We are all dissapointed and will never rent from Turo again.

Easy way to rent a car

Perfect for young people

If you under 25-26 the fees are a lot smaller than most rental companies (delivery fee can be too) and you can find some fly cars (Teslas, Mercs, BMW and stuff - Vegas ppl know). You can get full coverage insurance (no out of pocket costs) and all through the app,which helps.

The most useful app and service. Use it when I visited Calgary because renting from a company is very expensive ( for me ) and with a lot of documents and quite complicated. Just download, complete personal info and rent without hiden fees.
