Up — Easy Money

This is probably the best and the most user friendly mobile banking app in Australia.

Having all documents (au passport, qld licence, all addresses, etc) provided, after numerous requests from hopeless support team to try again and reinstall the app (not fun at all) I still could get their verification and there is no one who could manually process the docs and adjust their broken system. Not trustworthy.

Great app and bank for saving and managing your money. Customer service is good and no international fees while travelling

I had always banked with another big Aussie bank and was content. Up completely changed my view on banking and saving. I’m living overseas now and feel frustrated that other banks can’t provide what Up does. My favourite features include: unlimited savers, 2 Up, upcoming expenses and overseas card exchange rates. Can’t wait to come back to Aus and save with Up.

Really great and user friendly app. The one issue I have is that the spendable balance can’t be toggled off in the settings.

I’ve been with up for 2 years, tonight $1344 was stolen out of my account in 7 transactions!! How does this happen!!!

If you have dark skin or are Indonesian expect to continously fail their verification process as they find (1) the poor quality Indonesian passports too reflective, (2) that the photo of yourself is too dark for them... I have submitted a photo inside on my iPhone 6s, inside on my iPad, and outside in daylight on my iPad. The passport is clearly legible and my features identifiable. This is baffling to me. It seems a bias in whatever automated verification system they use.
