App is buggy
Kept restarting the set up process. Then kept getting black screen in app even after restarting it. Not an impressive start to using the Go wearable.m unfortunately.

App keeps crashing
Almost impossible to use this easily. Need to keep going to the app, monitoring the app, because it keeps crashing. This has been going on for long despite updated the app. Very counterproductive for what the upright device is for.
Unable to log in
I can enter my password, but when I press the Next button, nothing happens.
not working
device fully charged. downloaded app and have tried about 5 times to create an account. just keeps freezing. have deleted and reinstalled multiple times.
App freezes
I am not able to use the device because the app just freezes when I try to create and account.
So sick of needing to create logins
Really? Why do I need to make an account for this device to work. Just make an app that pairs to the device. It’s just one more app that can get hacked and leak personal info online. So unnecessary 🙄
Cannot create account or login
When trying to create an account the app simply freezes after hitting create account. When attempting to login the app gets stuck at the login page. Unusable.
App isn’t working
Received my device but the app doesn’t allow me to create an account, so it isn’t usable.
App Not Working
I can’t get logged in. App keeps freezing. I can’t use my device without being logged in.
App does not work
I can’t even create an account, the app just locks. Horrible application. What is the point if people can’t even an start their account? Looking online, troubleshooting suggests switching back and forth from WiFi to cellular… that’s so dumb. I’ve never ever had to do that with an app. So far I’m very disappointed with this entire product. Beware!
