The Upright device does its job pretty well. But the supporting app badly needs optimisation. Otherwise it drains a full battery in about 8 hours (99% of time working in background). Please do something about it. Other apps for smart wearables don’t have this issue.

:))) brilliant! only maybe ... please invent some kind of 'etui' / rubber,plastic or silk etc / not only to protect the object but to give -us- happy (!) users the possiblity of choosong colour and texture. I treat upright go with its necklace ( which is beautifully designed) as jewellery .kind regards.

Almost impossible to use this easily. Need to keep going to the app, monitoring the app, because it keeps crashing. This has been going on for long despite updated the app. Very counterproductive for what the upright device is for.

I can enter my password, but when I press the Next button, nothing happens.

device fully charged. downloaded app and have tried about 5 times to create an account. just keeps freezing. have deleted and reinstalled multiple times.

Really? Why do I need to make an account for this device to work. Just make an app that pairs to the device. It’s just one more app that can get hacked and leak personal info online. So unnecessary 🙄

When trying to create an account the app simply freezes after hitting create account. When attempting to login the app gets stuck at the login page. Unusable.

Received my device but the app doesn’t allow me to create an account, so it isn’t usable.

I can’t get logged in. App keeps freezing. I can’t use my device without being logged in.
