It would be nice feature in the app to be able to disable vibration for 1/5/10 mins/1h, etc. As sometimes you turn it off and then forget to turn back on.

Goal reverts to 60 minutes after you kill and relaunch the app. Doesn’t matter how long you’ve been training.

Just what the title says. You can’t login at all. What a scam.

Their authentication system doesn’t work. I have a device and cannot create and account or login even though I have one

I am using this product from the first version. Every time I try I end up abandoning it due to various bugs. Few noticeable issues: * app may get killed by iOS when in background, and then it takes long time to start again and reconnect to the sensor * sometimes sensor turns off on its own, for whatever reason, I have to start it again. Want to like this product, but it just keep giving me hard time, you should polish those rough edges. P.S. Tracking/buzzing part works fine

Completely unacceptable that the original version does not have a supported app. If you wanted to lose customers, this is a good way to do it. Support those of us who supported you in the beginning.

I have been using this device almost daily, however, when I remove it in the evening or if I don’t use for the next 2-3 days I still feel the vibration when I stay in a bad posture for more than 5 seconds. The first time this happened I thought I had NOT removed the device from my back, even though I remembered removing it. When I touched my back the device was not there, even though I felt the vibration clearly! I wonder if the back muscles have memory, and knows that a bad posture is followed by a vibration. Can anyone let me know if you had a similar experience? Or does the app maker has an explanation for this phenomenon?

- minute counter doesn’t work - stays at zero - the app restarts after switching to another app just for a few minutes, then I have to wait for it to load and find the sensor

Totally unethical move towards kickstart supporters from the first upright model to stop giving support for the first model to “reduce costs” when there have been no changes what so ever in the application… They stopped supporting the upright go 1 only to make more profit on the second one that is basically the same device. I feel scammed and ashamed of trusting this company, not because of the monetary loss, but because of the trust i had on them, 5 years ago everything looked so genuine with the first product… greedy people with no ethics or morals what a shame… sorry for the broken English it is not my first language.
