Pathetic service
My parcel is stuck from last 7 days. They are just showing parcel is in warehouse but no one is responding and giving a clear reason to stuck. I hope so it’s my first and last time that i ship from UPS never going to do it again🤧

個App越改越衰,冇以前咁好用!
My Choice 沒有任何作用,無法更改派送選項,追踪等大量問。對比之下DHL完勝
much help. 3 full days still at the same place. Either the package isn’t moving or there isn’t much tracking info. So what’s the use for this app!!??
No way to set up account as all sensible user names already used. Then have to enter massive tracking number which sits in a different location
The app is not user friendly, also I have created an UPS my choice account via website, it doesn’t show at the app. When I type in my information to register UPS my choice via the app, it fails as the app says I have signed up already. So how can I manage my package via the app. Also, when I login to the website, I can’t check my preferences for my UPS My Choice. I am tired to use UPS app and website. Waste my time.
I have recently used their service twice. One of them has lost and another took more than two weeks to deliver. Customer service was very poor and not helpful at all.

As a matter of fact, regardless of the app or the website, I found no options to put down the UPS account number. Sometimes my receiver is responsible to take up the shipment fee, yet there are no options for C.C. It might be the fact it requires steep learning curve, yet it is not yet user-friendly
Only thing that works in the app is tracking. Every other thing you click on gives you an error message. Been trying to add driver directions for well over a year since the drivers can’t even read a sign with directions. Was hoping they’d notice it in the app or maybe they’re handheld is in multiple languages. Not every company gives the option to pay extra to use a more reliable carrier like F*dEx or US Post to avoid the hassles of dealing with a cut rate shipping company. Stuck with them I guess.
