They arrive in a deferent time than scheduled, and they lie on communications and their customer service is not good

Rescheduled without letting me know

I did not receive the cleaning service yet but 1) i was charged for 2 cleaners which i requested but then got assigned only one cleaner and hadn’t I contacted customer service I would’ve been charged for 2 without getting both became apparently they do not provide that service 2) I cancelled my booking and scheduled 2 separate bookings for 1 cleaner at the same time as per the customer service staff’s advice at a suitable time FOR ME and when I checked the app I was surprised to see my booking rescheduled without my knowledge to a different date and time without my knowledge !!! I rescheduled and I am yet to receive or not receive the service, will wait and see..
