Hi, Could you tell me please how can I become a member to use this application?

I’ve never used the app itself, but with the recent update the icon was also changed (a white form on a black background), and the first association I had was a WC symbol for architectural layouts. Without any comments I showed it to my colleagues and they had the same association. Just letting you know guys that architects are going to see a WC symbol on your app icon.

I was charged 60€ for 6 months while all gyms were closed due to COVID. They refuse to refund this even though it was illegal to use the service. The only company that I’ve had a truly terrible experience with during the pandemic, I hope someone there really needed my 360€…

Why let me check in if I've already used up my passes for a location? I booked a yoga class through the app and it was added to my schedule, but when I showed up and scanned the QR code it told me I'd used up all my passes. Why not just tell me at the time of booking the class and save me the 30 minute round trip?

the search function is very bad, i would filter berlin mitte and it shows me nothing. I have to search city wide and zoom in manually - the share function either takes you the venue orto the class but not a specific one - the waitlist option doesn’t work. even when it notifies me about a free spot it’s never true (i check in the same second) etc etc so much work is needed to improve the app

Ich mag das Angebot, aber die App könnte übersichtlicher sein.

I cannot find what I need

I got an email mentioning that from next month on I will be limited to use my membership for a maximum of once a day. HORRIBLE NEW EXPERIENCE! If the idea is to limit the usage of the membership in order to avoid increasing the price (which already happened), why not limit it to 30 times a month, for example (or 7 times a week). In this case, the maximum number of checkings would still remain limited, but you would grant to the user at least certain flexibility. It is also incredible to see how the so called experts in sports do not understand that with the new rule you force people to train every day. What about resting days?? IT MAKES THE DIFFERENCE!
