Really, I hate this app after the last update and this demotivates me. For example, I could all time easily access the address of a studio with a few clicks, and now this option is not available anymore. It’s oft lagging when I try to select „free training“. And I can’t see and search studios which could be available for me with the more expensive plan. So user unfriendly interface and features I have never seen.

Hi, Could you tell me please how can I become a member to use this application?

I’ve never used the app itself, but with the recent update the icon was also changed (a white form on a black background), and the first association I had was a WC symbol for architectural layouts. Without any comments I showed it to my colleagues and they had the same association. Just letting you know guys that architects are going to see a WC symbol on your app icon.

Après la dernière mise à jour, l’app a tellement bugué pendant plusieurs jours qu’il m’était impossible de rester connectée plus de 10 secondes sans que l’app se ferme. J’ai même essayé de supprimer et réinstaller à plusieurs reprises l’app. Impossible d’annuler un cours sans app fonctionnelle et je ne me promène évidemment pas avec un pc sous les bras. J’ai expliqué la situation au service clientèle qui m’a quand même facturé les frais d’annulation tardive.

Une mis à jour qui ne change RIEN. Le seul truc vraiment utile qu’il fallait mettre en place, mettre le nom des profs, n’a pas été fait, rien de nouveau en somme. Toujours obligé de devoir faire des aller-retours sur les sites des partenaires ! Très pénible.

After the update, very very slow to charge the calender. The map disappeared, that is a shame. It is nice to be able to see the classes only from our favorite studios, but we should be able to see if the studio is one of our fav from the classes.

Le service client est absolument horrible.. aucun envie d’aider pour trouver la solution appropriée pour mettre en pause l’abonnement dont on peut avoir besoin à cause de l’état de santé. Ce service préfère perdre les clients et avoir la mauvaise image de la marque que autoriser la mise en pause un mois qui est nécessaire pour le rétablissement. Très très déçue par cette politique d’entreprise et je conseille maintenant de choisir le service *ClassPass* que Urban Sport.

The whole concept is really nice. It’s such a shame that the number of classes are now limited. But I guess it was too good to be true anyway. The filter function of the app doesn’t work very well. Same with their keyword searches. You have to try different searches to get what you need. For certain studios/gyms, the class schedule is not up to date. Most annoying of all is the bug when viewing the list of classes on a certain day. I wouldn’t have time filter on, and it would show, for example, just classes up to 10:30. The end of the list would show « no more classes for this day ». And I would have to filter starting from 10:30 to show the ones after. This bug has been going on for the longest time and I’m surprised they haven’t figured out how to fix it.

The fact that we can now only use one booking a day COMPLETELY changes the attractiveness of the app. This is not what I subscribed for.
