Really, I hate this app after the last update and this demotivates me. For example, I could all time easily access the address of a studio with a few clicks, and now this option is not available anymore. It’s oft lagging when I try to select „free training“. And I can’t see and search studios which could be available for me with the more expensive plan. So user unfriendly interface and features I have never seen.

Hi, Could you tell me please how can I become a member to use this application?

I’ve never used the app itself, but with the recent update the icon was also changed (a white form on a black background), and the first association I had was a WC symbol for architectural layouts. Without any comments I showed it to my colleagues and they had the same association. Just letting you know guys that architects are going to see a WC symbol on your app icon.

Using a M plan and had L plan last year. I wished there was a way to have the L plan activities also visible in order to know if it’s worth an upgrade again or not.

Über die Suchfunktion werden keinerlei Ergebnisse generiert. Wenn ich zB „schwimmen“ für ganz Berlin suche, bleibt es bei null Hits. Auch wenn ich sämtliche Sportarten und vor Ort/Remote auswähle, zeigt die Suche keinerlei Ergebnisse. Aktuell kann ich nur bei meinen gespeicherten Favoriten Kurse buchen. Schade, hätte gerne neue Locations ausprobiert.

Nachdem ich zum 2. mal nicht richtig einchecken konnte, wurde mir trotz belegbarer(!) Teilnahme vor Ort eine Strafgebühr nicht erlassen und der Kundensupport hat stoisch weiter mit vorgefertigten Textblocks geantwortet die mehr schlecht als recht passten und nicht auf mein Geschreibsel eingingen. Dann kauft euch wenigstens einfach ne shice KI und spart Geld, damit ihr die App verbessern oder Preise senken könnt. Gnadenlose Frechheit. Ich checke mal die Konkurrenz.

Typische Masche, anstelle es Menschen einfach zu machen und die Kündigung in der App anzubieten wird man auf die Website geleitet und muss sich anmelden etc. etc. natürlich werden 80% sich denken mache ich später weil sie gerade die Zugangsdaten nicht zur Hand haben ( so wie ich ) und dann verpasst man wieder die Kündigung. So wird Kohle gemacht. Geht gar nicht.
