I am sick to death with having the “oops” app not found, or the spinning calendar. This app is sooooooooooo poor. I have had to delete app and re download so many times it’s a joke

Amazing platform to use for your business

I am just starting to get acquainted with the company and so far everything has gone very well!

It unfortunately won’t launch on my phone. Haven’t tried it yet, but that’s the current experience I’m having. Will gladly change after they fix it and I give it a go

This is an amazing app. I’ve searched long and far for a great patient reminder app for my dental clinic. This works great. One very strong recommendation is to allow us to add the same email for multiple people. This is very important for dental clinics because very often the parents will book an appointment for their child and not themselves. Please please make this change ASAP. Thanks. I have used vCita for almost 2 years. I like it cause you can text/email clients and it interfaces with FB and your website easily. It has reduced no shows. Clients love the reminders that you can customize (when and what time they receive them) I love that they are using a feedback forum from their users to improve the app. I think you should get a certain amount of text messages included in the pricing I'd recommend it Like everything, there is always room for improvement and vCita obviously sees that and actually takes our feedback suggestions.

App keeps putting me in a loop when trying to log in.

I have been one of the earliest adopter of Vcita since 2014 and everything seemed promising. With time the company grew up, problems with security and privacy arose, customer support quality declined and pricing has skyrocketed. As a business owner my delivery on promises made to customers are #1 priority. I have been loyal client for 10 years now and all I get is price increase every year and total silence when report issues. The mobile app is glitchy and has poor performance, the web portal has many log in issues as well across devices. I am using the basics as Mini CRM but considering finding another solution. Just wish there was an accountability and fulfillment of clients promises made. This is not the way to go VCITA!

This app constantly log you out and then doesn’t let you log back in for days (same on desktop). Currently the app doesn’t open and loads to a screen saying the url in invalid. It stopped syncing with our calendars as well. I’ll be looking to switch to a different CRM as working scheduler is necessary for my business.
