It’s frustrating to see delivery drivers using the bikes excessively, leaving none for public use. These bikes should be for the community, not for commercial purposes. I hope this issue is addressed soon.

The app is buggy and the bikes are often broken or not in stock for the busier stations, but for the price you really can’t complain, very handy and fun

I was hoping that the new update would include the option to easily report issues with bikes that need repair or that cannot be detached from the docking station. That is really important to improve the service

I've held off on writing this review for about a month but today tipped me over the edge. Of the 5 different bikes at three different stations I tried to release, every single one was jammed. All 5 bikes were at the stations in Kirchberg and every single one would not release from its dock. What good is a bike share program or a bike share app if the bikes are always stuck in their charging stations? This is also not the first time this has happened. Including tonight, more than half of the bikes I try to release are jammed and cannot be released. And this is over the course of about two months.

Jamais de vélo disponible s’il y en a ça ne fonctionne pas et vous prélève 1€ de temps en temps même si on n’a pas pris de vélo! Grosse arnaque évitez de gaspiller vos sous

App souvent indisponible, temporisation en cas de changement de vélo alors que cela est très souvent nécessaire vu les problèmes rencontrés avec ceux ci

J’ai payé un abonnement de 1 an juste pour que cette appli ne marche pas! Elle beug tout le temps, les vélos ne se déverouillent pas! Enplus la moitié des vélos ont des problèmes! Si vous comptez la dessus pour vous transporter au travail tous les jours oubliez! Faites mieux d’acheter un vélo electrique fiable.
