When paying for tickets through the application, a failure may occur, in which the money will be withdrawn from your card, but the booking of tickets will not happen! I had to buy tickets again! I lost money for tickets and wrote to technical support about it on December 1, there is still no answer to my question (ticket No 712906). It is a pity that such a large company does not return the money, so I warn the rest, it is better to pay through the site, it will be more reliable. A very unpleasant situation.

Awful application!

The app freezes while trying to log in or search for flights. Useless. Tried on stable 3G and Wifi, even after completely wiping the phone with a clean install. iPhone 5 IOS 8.1.2

After booking a flight and paying for baggage through booking.com I received a confirmation that I have it booked and the baggage is included for both passengers for both flights. But ended up paying full price (almost twice more than I could have paid if I knew about it in advance and what they listed in their itinerary after) for 2 baggages for the first flight at the airport because either booking.com did not submit information to the airlines properly or the airlines made a mistake I don't know and apparently none of them cares what had happened. At the airport I showed them my itinerary with info about paid baggage, it did not help. While emailing with them one of the messages was pretty rude and they did not try to help at all, just blamed the booking agent. Be ready if something happens and there is someone else to blame they will. Stay safe

Couldn’t submit payment and can not reopen app

My bags overweight and my flight is tomorrow and they’re not replanting to the number they gave me. Terrible customer service and I don’t know what number to call now, feel like they’re tryna scam me to pay the extra fees for baggage at the airport. If u like traveling with peace of mind don’t book VietJet Air.

The planes seem to be from the Paleolithic era, the counters never work in any country other than Vietnam, I couldn't check in online because I had to do it physically, which I don't understand! On the way out I almost missed the flight and I got stuck in Vietnam, what a horror! In Kuala Lumpur I went to where the offices were and there were all but Vietjetair. I was looking for as a escape room!
