When paying for tickets through the application, a failure may occur, in which the money will be withdrawn from your card, but the booking of tickets will not happen! I had to buy tickets again! I lost money for tickets and wrote to technical support about it on December 1, there is still no answer to my question (ticket No 712906). It is a pity that such a large company does not return the money, so I warn the rest, it is better to pay through the site, it will be more reliable. A very unpleasant situation.

Awful application!

The app freezes while trying to log in or search for flights. Useless. Tried on stable 3G and Wifi, even after completely wiping the phone with a clean install. iPhone 5 IOS 8.1.2

Bad communication and customer service. The app won't let me check in. It kept redirecting me to the website, which is in Vietnamese language, and won't allow me to translate to English.

Bad customer service, bad communication skill, oppressing adolescents, trying to charge money with whatever they can! They allow me to go through the check-in counter with my baggages after discussion but then try to charge me again when going through the gate. I said I’m under 18 and go alone and asked them to talk with my parents for support but they all refused (I dont have enough cash with me). 3,4 people constantly asked for money, and I thought they dont know how to communicate properly with customers (especially adolescents like me). I think I’ve suffered from serious mental damage. Never again!

Their seat map is not correct for exit rows and their staff support is rude.

While my flight was delayed and I was sitting at the gate, I checked my flight on the app. It said my flight left already and flight was in progress. I briefly panicked and thought I’d been sitting at the wrong gate all this time! Thankfully, I went to the gate counter and I was at the right gate. Moral of the story is don’t rely on the flight status as it seems hard-coded to the scheduled departure and arrival times and not the actual flight data!

Been trying to open the app for the last four days can’t for some reason?!?
