When paying for tickets through the application, a failure may occur, in which the money will be withdrawn from your card, but the booking of tickets will not happen! I had to buy tickets again! I lost money for tickets and wrote to technical support about it on December 1, there is still no answer to my question (ticket No 712906). It is a pity that such a large company does not return the money, so I warn the rest, it is better to pay through the site, it will be more reliable. A very unpleasant situation.

No possible buying ticket
Awful application!
Doesn't work on 3G or Wifi
The app freezes while trying to log in or search for flights. Useless. Tried on stable 3G and Wifi, even after completely wiping the phone with a clean install. iPhone 5 IOS 8.1.2
Shameful
How is it possible that one of the most popular airlines in E. Asia could have such a pathetic unusable app? Fix it please. Maybe get help from the folks who designed the Vietnam Airlines app? (Or any of the others because they all work…this one doesn’t)
IT DOESN’T WORK
You can’t use it to do online check in, you can’t use it to buy any upgrades or extras, you can’t use it to buy round trip flights, basically it’s just a waste of space in your smartphone.
Needs Apple wallet support
