Registration worked quite well, but: It wasn‘t possible to unlock a bike (not enough loyality points - never mentioned before) and no helpful response on my mail! „We will answer in beteeen 24 - 48 h“. So they take your money and you can‘t use the bikes…

We made Holiday and used the day pass for regular bikes. Registration and booking with the app worked well. We had no problems. We are three persons. Each person needed an app. No problems with the bikes. Each time we used them every bike was ready to use and in good condition. Very cheap if you need it for short distances: 1,5€ for day pass und first 30min for free.

Easy to use and very convenient!! Just the optimisation for iphone could use More Love - sometimes i could Not scroll down to See all menus. Otherwise- great for travelling around !

Fahrräder sind alt oder kaputt, super schwer, lassen sich von der Station nicht lösen oder die App stürzt ab. Für gelegentliche Wege vielleicht okay, für tägliche Fahrten absolut ungeeignet.

It was super easy to release and return bikes with this app, however, it would be amazing if the dock station locations could be opened in Google Maps like in the Velo App of Antwerp! For me, being in Brussels for the first time ever, it was somehow complicated to find the stock stations in Google Maps and get the navigation started!

Withdraws money without subscription or usage! Cannot order new subscription using the app, cannot delete account using app or website. Cannot delete payment method without providing new one. Big Disappointment! If it works though: the bikes are ok, lots of stations throughout the city.

Language switch impossible or may be hidden anywhere… usability 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

Habe mich registriert und ein Abo gekauft. Fahrräder ließen sich nicht lösen, Support war nicht erreichbar. Zeit verschwendet und mein Geld ist weg.

Mail coming very later. No PayPal. Only credit card. But this could not be setup. App deleted and asked them to delete all personal data.

The App is useless - I tried to register but the confirmation email did not come. The horrible interface (eg digit entry does not use regular numpad pattern) is the cherry on top of the cake.
