Very slow to load. Cannot copy and paste from messages to a translator

I have made a booking. There is a review on the apartment saying it is a fake listing. VRBO customer services unable to help with the cancellation or refund of my money. I am left in limbo. Beware

We got scammed because of a listing on this thing. Couldn’t find anyway to access or log in. Kept repeating message there is an error on their end. Useless

We stayed for 16 nights in January 2025. The house was immaculately clean and tidy. The kitchen was equipped with like new appliances, with more than enough crockery, glassware and cooking utensils for 8 people. Beds were very comfortable. TV in every room. The pool was a comfortably warm 88F and the hottub got hot! David the manager was very friendly and responsive to any questions we asked. We will have no hesitation about staying there again and very happy to recommend the house to other future guests Jan& Bernie Strutt from Derbyshire, UK

Vrbo are generally okay, but I would have liked to have had contact with the company direct to draw their attention to an issue we had with a recent retail property, which wasn’t too the standard we’d have expected for Vrbo. However, the option to contact them directly isn’t available, so for that reason we have reluctantly decided to use a different company in future for our holiday rentals.

Used twice now for our last two summer holidays Villas are per photos and very easy once on holiday to get keys and settled in etc We will be using this app every time we go away from now on as so easy and efficient

The access instructions are poor

I have been experiencing a persistent bug, specific to the iPad version of the app (functions correctly on iPhone) and not solved by latest update or a reinstall. After completing a search, opening the details of a property causes the app to freeze. A further annoyance is that there is no way to bring this to the attention of either Vrbo or the app developer other than the crude device of writing a negative review and hoping it gets noticed.

This app is not UK friendly. You will be charged for booking made with UK card although it will show pounds in your check out. At lease they should warn that they will charge you for conversion fee
