Absolutely superb service. Host Cheryl 5*****. The rooms were spacious & immaculate & with amazing views over Lake Taupo. Very thoughtful & plentiful supply of delicious breakfast food options also. We rate this stay very highly. Really enjoyed our stay.
Why does the owner log in screen regularly lock me out, stating a security error. It is so unprofessional and so frustrating. I have bookings and can’t access the system to reply to people. Online chat is little to no help.

VRBO ap is terrible!! So hard to actually get a actual person to deal with and also to get anything settled still waiting on a refund that was booked for a month ago. The property was nothing like the pictures on the website also we booked for a two bedroom and when we got there there was only one bedroom. We ended up staying at a motel after fully paying for vrbo’s site

This is a disgrace. It keeps freezing and you can’t share a link to a property and have the header shot come up. I can’t believe your hosts pay you for this rubbish.
The App doesn’t provide the right currency. It even doesn’t show US$ so you know how much you are going to pay!
No communication couldn’t get into our accmodation as no email had being sent and they don’t reply to emails - will never book through this site again
I have used Bookabach in New Zealand for years. Recently I logged in and was prompted to download their new app - Bookabach is now VRBO. Once I’d done this I booked the property I wanted which cost $450 per night. It was only when I checked the invoice that I discovered I’d been charged $750 NZD. The listing was in US dollars! I had to go into the app settings and manually change this - Kiwi users beware!
