Dont buy it until the programmers know what they are doing, are able to fix what does not work and/or are willing to refund and cancel ASAP the subscription because it does not work. I payed for one year for this crap!
It keeps me moving especially due to the cold icy weather . Like the ease of following each workout.
I have only used 3 of the daily exercises but I have sore muscles! I like the pace and the fact that there is no jumping. Jumping is too hard on 70 year old joins. Definitely enjoy it so far.
This is ridiculously expensive for what it is. I thought I canceled the app. I was charged today and contacted within moments and asked for a refund explaining I didn’t want it and wasn’t using it and they refused to refund me. It’s $40 a MONTH! Absolutely ridiculous. Don’t waste your money. The app isn’t intuitive at all; provides no benefit. Positive ads are likely fake.

This stinks! Pay $66 to join and it’s a subscription just in case you didn’t know then you have to put a credit card so you can see their”wonderful plan” on their app. Feelingstupid thanks to walkfit.
So far, I’ve been very impressed with this app! I like the additional workouts that they offer that range from 8 to 30 minutes. My only complaint is that it doesn’t sync to MyFitnessPal so I have to manually enter it.
This app is perfect for an out of shape, beginner such as myself. Easy to follow ~ easy to do on a daily basis. I may have to increase to twice a day.
I am on day 49. I do feel better but I am not losing anything. I adjusted my diet and stated to add strength training still nothing. It’s not a bad app for motivation but for weight loss it just leaves you hanging. Promises you will lose a certain amount in a period of time and I am still the same as when I started. Will not be renewing.
I am so pleased with the many options. I didn’t feel overwhelmed. I was able to do all of the moves and steps. I actually completed multiple videos back to back. I love this WalkFit program so far!
